ESDPS 隐私政策

This policy applies to ESDPS-Web, the ESDPS iOS client, the ESDPS Android client, and account, cloud file, surveying calculation, report export, AI assistant, membership entitlement, payment and feedback services provided through esdps.cn and www.esdps.cn.

It does not apply to external websites, payment platforms or other services accessed through third-party links.

We may collect account information, project and calculation data you choose to create or upload, AI interaction content you submit, membership and payment metadata, feedback content and attachments, and operational or security logs such as access time, IP address, device/browser information, API calls, error logs and crash diagnostics.

We use the information to provide authentication, account management, project sync, surveying calculations, report exports, AI assistant responses, membership entitlement checks, support, product improvement, abuse prevention and service security.

Local projects, calculation results, drawings and exported files that are not uploaded generally remain on your device. Data is sent to our servers only when you sign in, sync, upload, submit feedback, restore purchases or use features that require server participation.

Local calculation, saved project browsing and local exports may be used without AI or cloud sync. AI assistant, cloud sync, online account validation, purchase restore, online payment and feedback require network access.

When you use the AI assistant, your prompt, selected file content and necessary context may be sent to our configured AI service endpoint to generate a response.

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-app tracking. We may share limited information with necessary service providers, such as cloud hosting, email services, AI services, Apple App Store, WeChat Pay, Alipay or other payment/subscription platforms, only as needed to provide the service, meet compliance requirements, protect security or support users.

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. You may contact us through account, settings or feedback entries in the app or web service to request export, correction or deletion of account and cloud data.

After account deletion, we delete or anonymize personal information, cloud files and entitlement bindings directly associated with the account. Some logs, orders or backups may be retained for a limited period for legal, security audit, dispute handling, payment reconciliation or recovery purposes. Subscription cancellation, refunds and transaction record management for App Store, WeChat Pay or Alipay must be completed through the corresponding platform.

We use access controls, encrypted transmission, permission isolation, backups, audit logs and anomaly monitoring to protect data. No Internet service can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure, so please protect your account credentials, avoid signing in on untrusted devices and keep backups of important project files.

The product is intended for surveying, geomatics, road design and related professional use, and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without guardian consent, please contact us and we will handle it promptly.

We may update this policy as product features, legal requirements or service operations change. Material changes will be announced through the website, in-app notices or other reasonable methods. The updated policy becomes effective from the date shown on this page.
